Welcome back to Ask Kevin Young. This week I’m in Sydney, and Ultra Marathon Runner, Pat Farmer, has a question for me about local property investment.
Is it worth investing in Sydney, considering the projected growth and public transport updates?
I’m concerned about the supply and demand in Sydney, as the area may have projected growth but that doesn’t mean there will still be a demand. There are plenty of property developers investing in the area, which means there may be an oversupply.
