Bouncing Back From Bad Properties - Ask Kevin Young - Episode 45
G'day!
Is it possible to bounce back from a property investment nightmare? This week we continues to chat with investors at our annual conference on the Gold Coast.
Matt; a keen young investor wants to know about buying again after a property has gone bad, whether it’s terrible tenants or an awful area, or perhaps it’s gone backwards in value. Especially at a young age, is it possible to start investing again?
There’s a wonderful thing out there that’s a bit like a guardian angel for your property – it’s called landlord insurance. I also discuss when and why you might have to sell a property in order to reinvest elsewhere.
Matt’s other question is about other investments that are out there, and whether any of them can hold a candle to property when it comes to sustaining you in retirement.
Check out the episode for all the answers.
Regards,
Kevin Young
