Episode 8 - Why Don't They?!

Having been in the investment world as long as I have, I’ve seen a lot of self-proclaimed ‘experts’ and ‘gurus’ come and go.

These people often come to new investors with a world of promises, that never end up being met. They spread misinformation and exploit anyone they can get through the door.

At Property Club we are as transparent as possible with our members. We even open up our homes for events and get togethers. The most recent event being a BBQ at my place! We want to give you all the information you need to become successful investors, we don’t want to exploit naiveite and run away with the profits.

If you’re dealing with one of these ‘investment gurus’ make sure you get all of their information before committing to anything. Get property information in writing, otherwise they won’t be liable for misinformation. Ask the tough questions, if you don’t get a good answer that’s a big red flag.
