Ask Kevin Young Episode 114 - Pets & Property
G'day,
Welcome back to another episode of Ask Kevin Young. This week's episode is dedicated to all things cute - house pets. Quite frequently, property owners ask me whether or not I recommend them to allow pets in their properties, and in this episode, I will provide reasons why I say YES to pets in property.
Most people are hesitant to having pets in their properties; however, I am here to tell you that welcoming dogs, cats, chickens - yes, chickens! - in your properties can help you attract more tenants. In fact, 60% of people own dogs, so if you say no to dogs, you are saying no to potential tenants.
So at the end of the day, ask yourself: Will allowing pets in my property help me attract more tenants?
If you need more information on pets in property, check out my video above.
Regards,
Kevin Young
