Ask Kevin Young Episode 85 - Should I Own My Own Home?
G’day!
Do you own your own home? In this episode Kevin answers Gaynor’s question to figure out whether he should buy a new permanent place of residence and rent out his current home.
Kevin warns about the tax that you have to pay as a homeowner. As Kevin says - tenants live where they want to live and homeowners live where they can afford.
Gaynor also asks about interest-only loans. Kevin says to get rid of ‘bad debt’, like credit cards, car loans and home loans. If you want to learn more, check out property club’s workshops here.
