G'day!
Terry is wondering about how big of an impact the recent election could have on Australia’s property market. It’s a great question, and I’m pretty excited for the future.
In terms of government and legislation the last few years have been some of the least stable in recent history. But I think that there are some good times ahead for property investors.
There’s been an over saturation of the wrong type of property, which should push up demand for town houses and low-rise units. I reckon the future looks like lower interest rates, rental increases and capital growth!
