G'day!
The Gold Coast has been a strong and reliable area for property investors over the last decade or two, and Simon is looking for my thoughts on the future of the area.
His property has already grown over $100,000 which is like winning the lottery, but can we expect the growth to continue? I reckon that we can because demand is still rising. The Gold Coast is seeing massive growth in population, and all these people need somewhere to live.
The population is still rising; demand is still rising, so I think we can expect more capital growth on our properties as well.
