Ask Kevin Young Episode 71 - Relationship Breakdown
G'day!
What happens to the properties when a marriage or relationship ends? This week I answer a question from Ian who’s unfortunately going through a relationship breakdown.
You know I love property because they’re appreciating assets, so I reckon that it’s worth doing whatever it takes to hold on to those properties, even if it means getting an additional loan to buy your partner’s share.
They might look like they have it better, but cash can quickly disappear while property remains and goes up in value.
Regards,
Kevin Young
