Investing in property is serious business, so it’s crucial to be getting you’re facts and advice from reliable sources.

Can real estate agents be trusted? Well they are always going to be doing their job, which is to sell houses fast (which usually means cheap) so they can make as much money as they can.

I love this question from Brett, and I think that it’s really important to ask anyone giving you information or advice to put it down in writing. That way if it comes out that they were lying or giving you false information they can be held liable and you’re not left up the creek!
