G'day!

This episode I answer a question from Bala who is looking at land in Ballarat hoping to build and then subdivide.

I’m pretty sure you could guess at my feelings towards investing in regional areas, but I understand that it’s not always easy to think of buying in an area you aren’t familiar with. This is one of the reasons the Club is so great.

I’ll also chat about whether building and subdividing is worth the effort. In my opinion it always turns out to be a much longer, drawn out and difficult process. Along with this you’re paying tax, and not getting any rent.
